You're missing a strategy.
Every business we sit with arrives with the same anxiety: AI is everywhere, everyone seems to be using it, and somehow you're not sure where to start — or if you should. You're missing a strategy and not having one is costing you time and money.
Firm Ground Advisory is an independent AI strategy practice for mid-market business owners and leadership teams. We help you put AI exactly where it belongs in your operation. The strategy is written, vendor-agnostic, and yours to keep.
Most owners who delay this decision don't delay it once. They delay it repeatedly – and each delay costs more than the last. The vendors don't wait. Neither does the market.

Not sure which track fits? The discovery call answers that in the first ten minutes.
The room has been filled by people selling the answer before anyone named the question.
Every owner we sit with arrives the same way: a calendar full of demos, a stack of pitch decks, and a distinct feeling that everyone in the room has a stake in the outcome – except them. Firm Ground exists for that gap. Not another vendor. An advisor who has read the P&L, speaks both languages, and whose only obligation is to help you put AI exactly where it belongs - and only where it belongs.
Select the track that fits your business. Each engagement is scoped to your operational reality – not a template applied from the outside. Vendor-agnostic by design. Deliverables are yours to keep.
A focused 90-minute working session to cut through the noise. You arrive with questions. You leave with a clear position on where AI belongs in your business – and where it doesn't.
A complete written AI strategy built around your business. Where AI belongs in your operation, what to implement first, and what to leave alone – in plain language you can hand to anyone on your team.
Strategy in hand, now it gets built. A hands-on implementation engagement to put the right tools in the right places – configured for your workflow, not a demo environment.
An ongoing strategic presence in your business. Not a retainer for reports. A seat at the table – available when the decisions are live and the stakes are real.
A structured half-day working session for your leadership team. Not a keynote. A working session that ends with a shared position on AI – and a documented record of the decisions made in the room.
A comprehensive AI strategy built for organizations with real operational complexity. Covers multiple departments, cross-functional dependencies, and the workforce decisions that most vendors refuse to touch.
For organizations where the strategy is clear but the team isn't ready to execute it. A structured education and advisory engagement to build internal fluency – from the executive floor to the front line.
An embedded strategic presence inside your organization. Available for board sessions, vendor negotiations, leadership offsites, and the decisions that can't wait for a scheduled call.

Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC)
AI Strategist
I've spent my career sitting across from business owners who are stuck. Not because they're not smart or not working hard — but because they're too close to their own business to see it clearly. My job is to see it for them, reflect it back, and get them moving.
I've worked across industries — insurance, finance, professional services, trades, health and wellness, and retail. The industries change. The patterns don't. And the AI conversation is just the latest version of the same challenge every business owner faces: too much noise, not enough signal.
Clients say they feel heard at a level they haven't experienced elsewhere. They say I get to the core of things faster than anyone they've worked with. And they say I give it to them straight — with enough honesty to make change possible and enough care to make it feel safe.
Before you buy a tool. Before you hire a developer. Before you make another decision about AI in your business — have this conversation.
Firm Ground is vendor-agnostic by design. No license to sell. No platform to protect. The only obligation is to the owner on the other side of the table.
04 · THE PROCESS
Regardless of track or tier, the work begins with your operation – not a framework. Nothing is assumed. Everything is earned from the page up.
01
We start with your operations, not a framework. A structured intake to understand your business, your people, your friction, and where the real decisions live.
02
An honest read of your AI readiness against your operational reality. Not a benchmark comparison – what is actually possible from exactly where you are.
03
A written strategy built around your business. Specific, sequenced, and vendor-agnostic. What to implement, in what order, with what you already have.
04
Deliverables are reviewed with your team. Questions are answered. You leave with something you own – and the clarity to act on it without us in the room.
05 · START HERE
Not a sales call. Not a pitch. A working conversation – and by the end of it, you'll know exactly where your business stands, which track fits, and what your first move should be.
Whether or not we work together.
What happens on the call
01
You describe the business. Where you are, what's working, where the AI pressure is coming from, and what decisions are sitting on your desk right now.
02
We identify the real question. Most owners arrive with the wrong question. We find the right one – the one that, once answered, makes the rest of the decisions obvious.
03
We tell you which track fits – and which tier to start at. Specific. No ambiguity. If neither track fits, we'll say so in plain language and point you somewhere that does.
If the engagement isn't the right move for your business right now, we'll tell you in the first ten minutes – and you'll still leave with more clarity than you arrived with.

06 · QUESTIONS
The tracks are designed around operational complexity, not just revenue. If you're a solo or dual founder with a lean team, the Small Business Track is built for your pace and decision-making structure. If you have a leadership team, multiple departments, or decisions that require board-level alignment, the Mid-Market Track is the right frame. When in doubt, the discovery call sorts it – that's what it's for.
No. The tiers are structured so each one builds on the last, but you don't have to enter at the beginning. If you already have a clear picture of your operation and are ready for a full Blueprint, we can start there. The discovery call establishes where you actually are – and the right entry point follows from that.
It means Firm Ground has no financial relationship with any AI platform, tool, or implementation partner. When we recommend a tool, it is because it fits your operation – not because there is a referral arrangement. The strategy you receive is yours to take to any vendor you choose, or no vendor at all.
The Build is the implementation engagement that follows the Blueprint. It takes the written strategy and puts it to work: tool setup, workflow integration, team handoff. In most cases, a Blueprint is the starting point because the Build is scoped from it. If you have an existing strategy document from another source, we can review it and scope accordingly.
It is an ongoing advisory relationship, not a reporting retainer. You get scheduled sessions each month plus async access for the decisions that can't wait. The engagement is scoped to your pace – some clients use it heavily during active implementation, others keep it lighter as a sounding board. Minimum commitment is three months.
No. The engagements are designed for business owners and operators, not technologists. You bring the operational knowledge. We bring fluency in both languages so the strategy is something you understand, can explain to your team, and can defend to anyone who asks.
A periodic memo for owners and leadership teams navigating AI decisions. Clear thinking. No noise. Unsubscribe any time.
